Diamond State Tattoo Parlor ("we," "us," "our") respects the privacy of our employees and contracted artists ("Artists") who participate in our internal content management messaging program (the "Program").

Information We Collect

- Mobile phone number (provided by the Artist at onboarding)

- First name

- Photos and accompanying text messages the Artist submits to the Program

- Timestamp and metadata of submitted messages

How We Use Information

- To identify which Artist submitted a piece of completed tattoo work

- To organize submitted photos into per-Artist folders for shop social media use

- To send the Artist a confirmation message that their submission was received

- To produce captions and hashtags for the shop's social media accounts

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share Artist information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. The only third parties involved are operational service providers (Twilio for messaging delivery, Anthropic for caption generation), bound by their own privacy obligations.

Data Retention

Artist phone numbers and names are retained while the Artist is active with the shop. Submitted photos and metadata are retained for shop operations and archival use.

Opt-Out

Artists may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any program message, or by requesting removal from the shop owner.
